Introduction

The Five Threads is a resource to help you build a healthy youth worker Network in your community. If you are passionate about working together with others to reach and disciple the teenagers in your area for Christ, this series will help you cooperate with others who share your "kingdom mindset."
Most of what you'll learn in this training resource came from the grassroots - Network Coordinators teaching the rest of us what they have learned from prayer, the Bible, and experience.

Overview

The Five Threads is available in two ways: online and for purchase. This resource has three parts:

1. A training Video in four sessions (60 minutes total);
Session 1: What is The Network? (3:30)
Session 2: What is a Coordinator? (5:05)
Session 3: Building a Healthy Network (five parts; 36:00 total)
Session 4: The Heart of the Network (12:10)

2. An Interactive Guide & Notes (31 pages) to walk you through the video sessions and apply the material.

3.

A Notebook (136 pages). When you purchase the notebook, it includes the printed notes in a special "training" section of the binder.
OPTIONAL: Purchase the Notebook for $19.95 plus $5 S/H

You can access much of this material on this website at no cost. You can download the Interactive Guide & Notes, and watch the streaming video online using Windows Media Player.

Complete this training using the Guide, and submit the Certification section at the end, and you are on the way to being recognized by the National Network of Youth Ministries as a Local Coordinator. All that's left is to fill out the short Coordinator application and submit it.
