Hey guys,
In case Rob doesnt get back to you, cuz I know he's got a pretty intense job, here's whats available thru the network.
A few of us around the country - I'm in the East and most of the other guys are in the West - give a 6 hr training. I usually 9-3 on a Sat or on a weekday if its all for paid staff. It covers levels 1 and 2 of the Help When It Hurts training. Level 1 is for the youthworker to be prepared with some basic info to help his teens go thru a crisis situation and possibly help out at a school. Level 2 is for a network to prepare itself to be available to schools to help counsel kids, etc. after such an incident. What do you think you guys would be looking for in training?? Also, the level 1 sheet is supposed to be on here somewhere and I can't find it so I emailed Doug Clark to make sure its on here. If u email me, I can email it back to you - maj@swbyfc.org. Lemme know!
Jerry

I would also like to know what additional training is available. Please let me know as well.
Same here. I would like to know what is available for training and what model it follows.
Thanks,
Jack
